What is stress management?
In its traditional form, stress management is a broad term that encompasses education and training in the nature of stress. It generally teaches and promotes skills and practices such as improved breathing techniques, relaxation, meditation, and visualization to help increase body awareness and give back control of physiological functions.

Program Overview: Comprehensive course including coaching concepts, business practices, scientific applications, scope of practice, techniques and business models for stress management coaching.

Intended for: Individuals who have a desire to expand their career options within the stress management or wellness industry.

Course Objective: To provide an individual with all the needed tools to enjoy a successful stress management coaching practice.

Upon Successful Completion: You will hold the title of "Certified Stress Management Coach" or "CSMC".

  • 75% of the general population experiences at least "some stress" every two weeks (National Health Interview Survey).

  • Half of those experience moderate or high levels of stress during the same two-week period.

  • 54 percent of Americans are concerned about the level of stress in their everyday lives.

  • 62 percent of Americans say work has a significant impact on stress levels.

  • 73 percent of Americans name money as the number one factor that affects their stress level.
